ZJ50/3150L Drilling Rig

The power units consisting of 3 sets of G12V190PZL diesel generator sets and hydraulic coupling unit are arranged on a base of 0.8m high. The power is divided into three ways after compounding by an integral chain box: to drive two F1300 mud pumps by two universal shafts, to drive 400kW energy-saving generator by belt, to drive the drawworks by transmission universal shaft through the flip chain box. The drawworks is mounted on a 1.4m high base. The power of drill floor is derived from the drawworks high-speed end, through the lower angle gearbox, climbing universal shaft, and upper angle gearbox to the rotary table drive box.

“K” type mast is installed on a ground level and then raised by drawworks, which can meet the requirement of top drive installation. The drawworks is installed on a ground level and adopts air cooling hydraulic disc brake as main brake and air cooling electromagnetic eddy current brake as auxiliary brake.
